ABSOLUTELY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! They had to special order my sisters flowers and she paid for 12 only received 6 did not get a refund on the other 6. My sister sent 2 different inspo photos both of which had both black and white roses and she only received all white flowers in her bouquet. Also in their emails she had said I want black and white flowers multiple times. Also my sister said she wanted black ribbon tied around it and they got that wrong too! When we voiced our disappoint at pickup the ONLY thing that they "fixed" was the ribbon and told us that was all that they could do. She had a full blown melt down the day before her wedding because of how unprofessional these people are. We ended up having to get fake flowers to try to fix her flowers ourselves. After the wedding she had to go and buy ADDITIONAL flowers so that her whole bouquet could be preserved and the owner has been RUDE and very dismissive of our issues. She said she would refund us for the extra flowers this was 2 weeks ago now and they have been radio silent for a week... very unhappy with them and I highly recommend going somewhere else if you don't want to be disappointed and get your moneys worth. flower girls dream my butt more like nightmare!

My wedding flowers from here were an absolute dream. It was exactly what I pictured for my special day! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place for any flower needs :)

We loved working with A Flower Girls Dream for our wedding. Our first meeting was so detailed and we worked through everything, saw so many different flower options, etc. The flowers turned out beautiful on the day of and we are so happy with them!

My first time with this florist, but the lady who spoke with me on the phone was SO KIND and reassured me that she would get the flowers delivered to my friend as soon as he is out of the ICU. The lady on the phone was incredibly personable. I'm ordering all the way from Hawaii and I know they're going to make an amazing arrangement for me. Beautiful bouquet! Even better than what I expected! I picked it up to deliver myself and it was ready as soon as they opened! Will definitely be using them again!
